    Job Summary


    The Project Manager will be responsible to facilitate and manage the overall order fulfillment process- from order entry to service installation- in order to ensure an efficient, effective service delivery experience for the customer and Sales team.

    The Project Manager is capable of handling multiple, concurrent, service orders of minimal complexity.

    Acts as the Single Point of Contact for the Sales Team and customers regarding all facets of the service delivery and order fulfillment phase.

    Drives internal teams/task forces. Occasionally manages/schedules status meetings with internal and external vendors, stakeholders and customers.
    Responsibilities

    Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
    Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
    Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
    Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
    Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to create detailed, articulate analysis, status updates, and implementation plans.
    Responsible for handling escalated issues and providing internal & external stakeholders with regular updates on pathway to resolution.
    Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
    Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion or Anticipate before the issue impacts project schedule and/or scope.
    Qualifications

    Strong oral and written communication
    Proven ability of effective, self-directed task management inline with functional objectives
    Strong organizational skills
    Knowledge of telecommunication services, account & order management,

    preferred
    Understanding of Project management techniques, processes, and project scheduling tools,

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
