Director of Engineering

to support their continuously growing pipeline

Responsibilities:
Mentor, lead, and guide a team of engineers (EITs and PEs)
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and support
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution
Create and foster a collaborative work environment

Qualifications:
BS in Engineering
8+ years experience in engineering
Experience working on Solar and/or BESS projects
Track record of success managing projects to completion
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
