    Responsibilities:

    Sentinel is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our client. This candidate will be imaging and installing software on new devices. This person will also be assisting new users with questions or device issues. This role would require some travel and work a rotating on call schedule working occasional evenings. This is a contract to hire or direct hire opportunity located onsite in Clarendon Hills, IL

    Qualifications:
    • Experience with setting up or repairing computer equipment and related devices
    • Experience with O365 required
    • Experience supporting visual audio equipment required
    • Azure experience preferred
    • Knowledge of computer software, and operating systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
    • A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
