Job summary
We are seeking a Patient Arrival Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at Emory facilities. The successful candidate will warmly greet patients and guests, ensure a positive experience, assist with check-in process and maintain a clean environment.Responsibilities
- Greet all patients, guests, and employees entering the facilities with a smile and appropriate salutation.
- Welcome all customers following the Emory Healthcare customer service model to create a warm, positive environment.
