Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our leadership team and manage essential administrative and financial tasks.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong office management skills, proficiency in bookkeeping, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in providing executive administrative support,
handling bookkeeping responsibilities,
maintaining smooth office operations to ensure the company's success.
  • Data entry, filing, document management with high accuracy.
  • Maintenance of filing systems, front desk duties, multiphone system installation/upgrade so it is manageable for employees using them daily.
