Come lead with us at Corporate At Houston Methodist the Patient Access Center Representative position is responsible for assuring that patients in need of scheduling appointments are scheduled to receive services in their assigned location and are financially cleared prior to their scheduled appointment through accurate timely scheduling registration verification of eligibility benefits This position assists management with ongoing observations notifications opportunities while providing innovative suggestions process improvement.
The Patient Access Center Representative position also assists management auditingquality review ensure accurate appropriate scheduling registration Additional responsibilities this position include provide excellent customer service when communicating patients who receive services facilities provide notification issues result potential service delays reimbursement denials.
