The Executive Housekeeper directs the housekeeping program of the hotel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the hotel.

- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
- Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations;
- Supervises the work activities of housekeeping staff under the direction of the General Manager.
