    Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Hesperia, California.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $16,365/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 13 weeks
    • Shift length: 8 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 40
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
    • Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
    • Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
    • Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
