    Position Overview

    • Complete repair and maintenance tasks promptly.
    • Evaluate repair needs and time estimates.
    • Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule daily tasks efficiently.
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities.
    • Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
    • Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and potential risks.
    • Supervise external contractors when required.
    • Maintain the overall appearance of the community.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors.
    • Accurately document service requests and apartment maintenance in Onesite.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in maintenance or related fields.
    • Preferably possess a high school diploma; certification from an accredited trade school is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
    • Able to manage physical work demands effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with a knack for meeting deadlines.
    • EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification is a plus.
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work on an on-call basis.
