    Description

    On-Board Scientific is looking for a Quality – QA Associate Specialist in Bothell, WA

    • About Us: On-Board Services, Incorporated offers full-time positions with benefits including 401K.
    • Position Details:
    • Position Type: Full Time/ 6-months with a chance of extension
    • Job Location: Bothell, WA – Wednesday-Saturday Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am
    • Benefits: 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
    • Compensation: $40.40-$43.55 per hour
    • Responsibilities:
    • Quality Management System performance metric preparation and reporting
    • Investigation & CAPA Review Board Administrator
    • QMS Deviation and CAPA phase tracking and due date monitoring
    • Deviation Trending Program administrator
    • Deviation Trend Review Board logistics
    • Perform routine and ad hoc queries of Quality Management System
    • Other duties as assigned by manager
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
    • Advanced Excel and Smartsheet Dashboard skills
    • Technical report authoring experience
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Capable of managing priorities and timelines
