Job summary
This position has overall responsibilities for managing the sanitation program and employees across all shifts ensuring the safety of all food products produced adhere to all standard operating procedures SoPs Communicate to Line Leads and if necessary line employees REPORTS TO Quality Manager Requirements ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Hire coach and direct the work of sanitation employees on all shifts Maintain the Master Sanitation Program and Chemical Control Program Conduct training for sanitation to ensure knowledge and understanding of all processes testing requirements in a muti-customer environment Schedule sanitation to adequately support the production schedule Conduct daily weekly monthly checks to validate paperwork is accurate testing is complete timely properly per PPG customer requirements Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings with employees Monitor approve timecards using our HR systems Work with maintenance department report equipment issues partner complete root cases analysis Administer support company policies procedures safety guidelines Knowledge food safety SSOPs GMPs train others areas Support customer trials Perform other duties as assigned ,
Qualifications
