Job summary
We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager monitors and supervises the daily operations of the dining rooms and restaurants to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience.Responsibilities
- Directs service staff while coordinating with the production staff to ensure meal service periods and activities of service begin on time.
- Possesses a working knowledge of and enforces culinary services operational standards for service, safety, sanitation, production, and plating.
- Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules all service staff and supervisors ensuring budgeted guidelines for dollars and FTEs are met
