- 3 + years of experience in FP&A
- Previous experience in multinational companies is a plus.
- Strong Strategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience a must.
- Financial modeling experience
- Must have extremely strong communication skills and ability to interact with the business
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
- Demonstrated success in multiple, difficult, and complex financial analysis.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, interpret meaning and communicate clearly to senior management in a clear concise manner. Able to listen closely to identify important facts, assumptions, and relevant information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access with demonstrated ability to aggregate, manipulate, interpret large data sets.
- Must be self-driven and very motivate - they do not want to micro manage this person
- Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude, ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
