    Job Description:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft finance modules, particularly Project Costing, Project Accounting, Billing, and Labor Allocations.
    • Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders to understand their financerelated needs, processes, and system requirements.
    • Design and architect PeopleSoft finance solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and system capabilities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define system configurations, customizations, interfaces, and data conversions, specifically related to finance modules.
    • Knowledge of SQL to view data from PeopleSoft finance modules for analysis purposes.
    • Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the system meets business requirements and quality standards.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to development teams during the design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
    • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions to enable effective utilization of PeopleSoft finance modules.
    • Provide expertise and support to endusers, resolve functional issues, and perform system enhancements and upgrades.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest PeopleSoft features, releases, and industry trends related to finance modules, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
