Job summary
The Picker is responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for delivery by locating and picking products from warehouse shelves using voice pick systems or scan guns.They ensure product rotation wraps individual orders for transport stages them for verification by order auditors maintain a clean organized warehouse environment minimize breakage repack damaged products fill orders based on Softeon system instructions access order details using handheld scanners perform other duties as assigned ensuring overall efficiency all warehouse operations crosstrain other areas warehouse operation responsibilities needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma GED required.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems handheld scanning devices strong attention detail organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills basic math skills read interpret documents English willingness follow safety protocols complete required training pass pre-employment drug test background check.
