Essential Duties Train schedule provide leadership to diverse staff Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork cooperation safety Provide motivation feedback address conflict facilitate resolution model professional relationships Monitor staff training Incident Reports ISP goals BSPs or other support documents Fill in when necessary ensure compliance staffing ratio mentor staff Work with the Program Manager maintain finances client program budget Develop maintain positive working relationships community governmental agencies families guardians agency support staff Participate Licensing Reviews Self-Assessments Plans Improvement Interact those served manner demonstrates respect enhances dignity builds self-esteem empowers personal choice Position covered under SEIU Local 503 Collective Bargaining Agreement CBA
