    Fabrication Helper

    Surestaff is immediately hiring for Fabrication Helper in Terrell, TX. As a Fabrication Helper for Surestaff, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

    • Shipping & Receiving (Picker / Packer)
    • Quality Assurance
    • Welding Department

    Surestaff is invested in their team members All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $17 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

    Responsibilities of the Fabrication Helper:

    • Assist the welders in the welding department
    • Load and unload pallets.
    • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

    Required Qualifications of the Fabrication Helper:

    • Previous warehouse, machinist, quality control, welding experience is a plus
    • High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
    • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed.
