Patton State Hospital, Human Resources Department, is accepting applications for multiple Limited Term, Full-Time Pre-Registered Dietitians. The positions are under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services.
The Pre-Registered Dietitian position is responsible for comprehensive initial and annual nutritional assessments, follow-up progress notes, consults, high-risk referrals, team conferences, and education groups. It also involves interpreting, developing, and implementing modified diet prescriptions, as well as calculating and developing individualized meal plans considering the patient's prescription, allergies, and intolerances.
