    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, on patients as ordered by physicians

    Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly

    Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, to ensure accuracy of results

    Develop X-ray film to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes

    Ensure patient safety by following radiation safety protocols and using proper protective equipment

    Maintain patient records and prepare reports for physicians as needed

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

    Requirements:

    Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

    Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

    Current state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist

    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism

    Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and ability to use proper protective equipment

    Experience with X-ray equipment and image development techniques
