- Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of finished parts
- Set up and operate any type of precision machine tool to make original parts, tools, mechanisms, and devices
- Determine material, parts, and equipment required
- Load CNC program and adjust for basic level programming changes
- Set up and operate mills in an efficient timely manner
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
- Understand feeds, speeds, tooling and operational sequences.
- Review part process and program off-line for potential problems before they occur
- Perform needed metrology inspections and report issues
- Identify best methods to make high quality parts within the quoted cycle time
- 2. 3 or more years of Feature CAM CNC Programming experience.

Responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating CNC Milles to fabricate parts and components while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards.
