    Senior DEI Consultant | Luminis Health

    Embark on a transformative journey as a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Consultant.

    Contribute to shaping a healthcare system that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a more inclusive workplace and enhancing patient care outcomes.


    Position Objective:
    Drive cultural transformation and foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment.
    Collaborate with leadership, employees, and external partners to advance DEI initiatives.


    Essential Job Duties:
    Design, deliver, and oversee DEI training programs for employees.
    Collect, analyze, and report on diversity metrics to track progress.
    Review and revise policies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    Support the creation and growth of Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
    Establish partnerships and initiatives for community engagement.


    Additional Responsibilities:
    Act as a resource for conflict resolution related to DEI issues.
    Stay current with DEI research and best practices in healthcare.
    Develop communication strategies to promote DEI initiatives.
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    Provide consultation on diversity-related concerns to employees and leadership.


    Education and Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in DEI roles.
    Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
    Strong project management skills and change management experience.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Preferred License/Certifications:
    Relevant certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
