- Provide expert acquisition support services and assist the customer in preaward, award, and postaward functions using a variety of contracting methods and types.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine the availability of construction requirements.
- Prepare and manage contractual documents, including market research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Determinations & Findings (D&F), Justifications & Approvals (J&A), using Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS).
- Coordinate effectively with requiring activities, industry partners, and other stakeholders; ensure completion of contractual files.
- Handle postaward procurement functions, excluding modifications to contract performance or quantities, performance evaluations, and acceptance or rejection of contractor products or services.
- Extensive experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable regulations and policies.
- A strong background in federal construction contracting, with the ability to work both from the office and at local construction sites.
