    Job Title: Relationship Banker

    Location: 1107 Woodward Drive, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, 15601.

    Description: We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The ideal candidate will execute branch leads at the direction of the Manager, consistently executing customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
    • Making recommendations on the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services.
    • Identifying and achieving individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
    • Incorporating FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
    • Performing routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High School or GED.
    • 0 years of job-related experience required.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software (MS Word - Basic Level, MS Excel - Intermediate Level, MS PowerPoint - Basic Level).
    • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

    Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
