    Description

    Senior Security & Compliance Engineer at Hayden AI

    Are you passionate about security and compliance in cloud infrastructure? Hayden AI is looking for a Senior Security & Compliance Engineer to join their team and oversee the security of production and corporate systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage security for production Cloud infrastructure and physical field devices.
    • Respond to security alerts and advisories, and set up alerts for security events.
    • Maintain security and compliance tools like Cloud Trail, CloudWatch, and more.
    • Enhance vendor relationships for optimal security tool utilization.
    • Implement security policies for corporate applications like Google Workspace, GitHub, and Jira.
    • Drive security prioritization and compliance processes.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive security roadmap.
    • Conduct security reviews and coordinate across teams for incident response.
    • Liaise with external customers to implement security requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with core programming languages like Golang or Python.
    • Cloud security management experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
    • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2, NIST, and GDPR.
    • Strong skills in managing security tools and vendor relationships.
    • Ability to develop and implement security policies.
    • Relevant certifications in security and cloud platforms are a plus.

    Salary & Benefits

    • Target Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000.
