    The Position:
    As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team. Your organizational prowess, efficiency, and proactive approach will ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Efficiently manage and organize calendars, overseeing scheduling for meetings and appointments.
    Handle email correspondence and phone calls with precision.
    Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to contribute to strategic decision-making.
    Coordinate travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
    Assist in the planning and execution of events.
    Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
    Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.

    Requirements:
    Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience.
    Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    Showcase proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
    Display the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    Uphold a commitment to discretion and confidentiality
    Prior experience as a Project Manager is advantageous.
