    As a Company Driver, you'll enjoy:

    • No-cost truck: We provide the truck, and all equipment is company-owned and maintained.
    • Flexible scheduling: Generally, 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).

    • Easy freight handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no-touch freight with well-maintained 2020 sleeper trucks.
    • Home time flexibility: Dispatch is organized and communicative, accommodating your scheduling needs.

    Compensation and Benefits


    We believe in rewarding our drivers fairly. Here's what you can expect:

    • Detention pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Deadhead rates: Competitive rates for fair compensation.
    • Breakdown/maintenance pay: $200 per day for any issues on the road (up to $1,000 a week).
    • Full-time W-2 benefits: Including 401k with contributions, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal.
    • Paid time off: Enjoy holidays off, with an additional $50 for working on observed holidays.
    • Pet and passenger policies: Bring your furry friends along for the ride

    What We're Looking For


    To join our team, you'll need:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience.
    • At least 25 years old (and under 75 for insurance reasons).
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
