    • Ability to multitask while supervising people.

    • Networking/negotiating skills.

    Guidance and Coaching:


    • Guiding team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
    • Guiding team on how to get the most out of selforganization.
    • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
    • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.
    • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame.
    • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
    • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency.

    Support to Product Owner and Team:

    • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
    • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

    Requirements and Additional Skills:

    • Efficient in partnering with Business stakeholders and business sponsors to lead strategic initiatives.
    • Excellent knowledge in managing Complex Business initiatives, Strong communication skills, and Leadership skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal guidance, selfstarter, and lead independently.
    • Strong exposure to Agile and Waterfall Model and tools e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.
