The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Lead Licensed Clinical Social Worker (GS to work in support of the 5th Bomb Wing True North program on Minot AFB in Minot, ND.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the installation clinical social worker at the 5th Bomb Wing for True North.
Serves as a member of the True North embedded behavioral health team directly supporting the Line of the Air Force (LAF) with the goal of building resiliency, enhancing human performance and improving unit mission effectiveness.
Provides a full range of professional social work services within operational Air Force (AF) units.Has clinical oversight of True North embedded social work which emphasizes education and prevention, psychosocial assessment and diagnosis, and evidenced-based intervention and treatment.
