    We are looking to hire an Office Manager For Staffing Company to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

    Duties:

    Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
    - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
    - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
    - Assist in training development for new office staff
    - Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
    - Plan and organize office events or team-building activities
    - Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
    - Manage office budget and expenses effectively
    - Maintain a well-organized filing system for important documents

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in office management or a similar role
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    - Experience in event planning is a plus
    - Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial management
    - Ability to manage a team effectively
    - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
    - Experience in calendar management and scheduling
