Salary: $20/hr. (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st shift, weekends required at some locations.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Apartment Tours: Showcase our properties by conducting engaging and informative tours of apartments, whether they are models or vacant units, highlighting their features and amenities.
• Application Processing: Efficiently handle the application process, including reviewing applications, verifying applicant information, and communicating application status to prospective tenants.
• Respond to Inquiries: Professionally manage inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about our properties, leasing terms, and availability.
• Lease Renewals: Facilitate lease renewals with existing tenants, ensuring smooth transitions, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Website Management: Monitor and manage inquiries and applications received through our website, ensuring prompt responses and accurate information.
• Property Information Verification: Verify and disclose property information to clients, including facts about amenities, lease terms, and community policies.
• Work Order Management: Process and coordinate work orders as needed, ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly and to the satisfaction of our residents.
• Rent Collection: Assist in managing rental payments, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using property management software; including Yardi, Rent Manager, and other leasing software.
