- You will performs network management, network administration, and customer support functions.
- You will provide oversight, technical guidance, and thorough analysis in response to queries affecting all sites within the Western Region regarding Enterprise trouble calls.
- You will support and assist in the installation of new systems and upgrade of existing systems.
- You will manage the circuit and gateway encryption devices for the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) by coordinating to ensure configurations are current and accurate.
- You will provide support, resolution of problems, and recovery of operating malfunctions and various hardware component failures.
