    The role:

    This position proactively partners with the Consumer Care Business US division, Operations & across the Finance functions to support, model, understand, improve the Consumer Care business and allow Sector Management to meet their financial targets and objectives.

    This position is proactively involved in both understanding actual results and influencing decision-making in the future.

    Responsibilities and projects range from simple to complex and require the use of analytical modeling and business problem solving skills.


    What you will do:


    Provide financial insights and make recommendations to support business decisions and develop effective strategies, with an overriding goal to create value for the companySupport business initiatives by creating financial models that reflect the business model, assumptions and targets laid out for these initiativesDevelop, analyze, report, and present business metrics and recommendations as neededDevelop analytical tools to evaluate brand performanceProvide timely, accurate and actionable information required to manage the business and support brand development initiativesAssist in the development of the annual Operating Budget and monthly forecast reviews of brands within the Consumer Care New Growth businessLead integrated, efficient processes for budgeting and forecasting across the brand teamLead processes to identify and incorporate efficiencies and related cost savings for the businessPropose alternative solutions to maximize shareholder returnSupport the long-term strategic planning process of the organizationIncrease and influence the business acumen across the organizationWhat you will need:Bachelors Degree; Master's degree strongly preferredAdvanced analytical skillsAt least five years of related FP&A experience in a similar CPG environmentMust have a general understanding of IFRS requirementsPossess advanced Excel skills with basic skills in PowerPoint & Microsoft WordExperience with financial systems, analytical tools, and implementation of business performance management tools are also requiredA reasonable pay range for this position is $77,000 - $100,000How we work: Having been selected among the Worlds Most Ethical Companies for 17 consecutive years, we are a company with a purpose and strong corporate values.
