Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Roadway engineering department.This role is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects,maintaining technical excellence,and managing staff and resources to meet client and business objectives,and will report to a Vice President,Regional Manager,or Area Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional engineer with a strong background in project
and people management,
technical oversight,
and business development.
- Candidate should have 10+ years progressive engineering experience including 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role
