We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Director of Revenue to help us exponentially grow our enterprise-funded revenue, organizational reach and client base.

Job Summary:
As Director of Revenue, you will innovatively lead INCIGHT's new sales and business development strategy as well as oversee the development of and marketing of new content.
As an essential client-facing representative of the organization, you will have the skills and abilities to effectively engage clients while you create and implement a dynamic sales strategy to expand INCIGHT's impact.
You are the key driver of sustainable financial growth for INCIGHT through increasing awareness of our offerings, boosting sales, forging strong relationships with clients, actively developing prospective new client opportunities, and overseeing the creation of new content.
Content will be delivered online, in-person, virtually, digitally and physically. Hybrid In Office/Remote.Responsibilities and Duties:
Revenue Generating Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
Promote INCIGHT's products/services by addressing or discovering clients' objectives.
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and establishing business relationships.
Discover, explore and examine business opportunities by analyzing market conditions, deal requirements, potential risks, financial and client needs.
Identify potential revenue opportunities by arranging business meetings with prospective potential partners and clients.
Close on new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with organization strategies and operations.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Protect the organization's reputation by keeping information confidential.
Enhance the organization's value and impact by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Project Management Responsibilities
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for revenue milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Establish and maintain relationships with engaged client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and expenses to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
Delegate tasks, as needed, to employees who are best positioned to complete them.
Communicate with team members to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Track individual team member contributions and recognize their accomplishments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, Masters a plus
5 -7 years of sales experience or related field
Demonstrated experience:
meeting sales goals, closing sales, gaining market knowledge, managing territories, prospecting, selling to customer's needs, sales planning
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Great project management skills, decision-making, goal-setting, prioritization and accountability
Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills that can be utilized to develop strategies to increase demand for products and services
Exceptional communication abilities, adaptable interactions to the appropriate audience (team members, board members & clients), including writing, speaking (presentation skills) and active listening
Proficient with sales-related software programs
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm and motivation
Exceptional leadership skills to motivate team members and differ well
