    We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our enthusiastic and fast pace team. In this role you will be responsible for full lifecycle external recruitment as well as internal talent mobility across the enterprise. You will partner with hiring managers across different departments to fill their highly specialized roles.     Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles.
    • candidates, schedule interviews and coordinate follow up interviews.
    • passive and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates and build pipeline.
    • and maintain understanding of recruitment best practices, as well as understanding of Plymouth Rock businesses.
    • background check and reference process for all candidates.
    • long-term relationships with potential candidates and update our internal applicant tracking system to document and track data.
    • and differentiate Plymouth Rock to external candidates by effectively describing our unique place in the industry.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Education

    • Proven track record of success recruiting for senior level and technical roles required
    • Significant experience recruiting for roles that require sponsorship.
    • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or business-related field of study required.
    • 5+ Years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a senior or lead role, required.
    • Advanced level experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand, respect and communicate with all levels.
    • The ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Results oriented, strong communicator, strong work ethic.
    • High energy, team player with a sense of humor.
    • Excellent communication, influence management, and negotiation skills.
    • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources or business-related field of study.
    • SHRM Certification preferred.
