    Radiologic Technologist

    Join our medical group in Stamford, CT as a Radiologic Technologist.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve optimal public relations and customer service through positive communication, ensuring timely resolution of calls to x-ray and processing prescription requests within 48 hours.
    • Support physicians by adjusting to rapidly changing work conditions, monitoring workflow, and utilizing computer systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.
    • Produce high-quality diagnostic x-rays, assist with interventional procedures, and practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
    • Welcome patients, verify patient information, and support patient care delivery by assisting health care providers during examinations and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology and currently licensed in the State of Connecticut, ARRT certified.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, good x-ray skills, and orthopedic radiology experience preferred.
    • Ability to spend most of the workday standing, walking, and bending, frequent lifting and maneuvering of equipment.
    • Computer literacy, excellent audio, visual, and vocal skills necessary, confidentiality required.
    • Current CPR Certification and knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
