    Participate in facility surveys/inspections from regulatory agencies as requested by the administrator or director of nursing.

    Work with the QA Nurse to aide in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility quality assurance program for the nursing department.

    Assist with developing, implementing and periodically updating resident written discharge plans. Performance of administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary throughout the day.
