    BAE Intelligence Solutions is seeking a Portfolio/Operations Director for our SIGINT business unit.

    This position will lead programs and opportunities in the Maryland Intelligence customer space and will report to the Senior Director of the Defense and Space Intelligence business area.

    The Portfolio/Operations Director will oversee daily operations to include program execution, financial performance, strategic direction and new business growth, be responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals and cultivate strategic partnerships in order to shape future opportunities.

    The portfolio of business includes High Performance Computing, security and software engineering, sustainment & systems engineering supporting enterprise and mission operations.

    The successful employee will have strong leadership, communications skills, driving growth and delivering business operations expertise ready for leading a $100M (annual) portfolio.

    We are excited about continuing to add to our dynamic team with this Strategy leadership position. The position is located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Bachelor s Degree in a related technical or business discipline
    • PMP Certification
    • Substantive subject matter experience in the Intelligence Community with expertise and emphasis in the SIGINT domain.
    • 15 years work experience leading and providing all aspects of management of large ($200M ) programs within a defense or intelligence contractor environment
    • An Active Top Secret/SCI (with ability to obtain a favorable polygraph)
    • Proven experience in the oversight and direction of a portfolio with a number of complex and interconnected IT and/or analytic programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to guarantee numerous parallel program deliverables while ensuring growth of existing program base.
    • Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult programmatic challenges while maintaining and growing the program base and the salient yearoveryear financials.
    • Proven capability to identify, shape, and secure new growth opportunities in the SIGINT market.
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to interface and influence across industry and government leaders at tactical and strategic levels.
    • Demonstrated experience in oversight, development and writing of proposals, contract modifications and government customer presentations.
    • Attract, develop and retain high performing, diverse talent within the business; build future leaders through mentoring and serving as a role model
    • Experience leading a large facility for a business and all the components associated with that leadership (SHE requirements, vendor engagement, etc)
    • Demonstrated history identifying, establishing and developing important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within intelligence community
    • Ability to develop and execute business plan consistent with company goals and objectives
    • Experience in budget management, key program level economic indicators and drivers
    • Experience with high levels of execution of assigned portfolio of programs; cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, quality, and customer engagement) and ensuring program commitments are met, having the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the project
    • Promote high customer satisfaction and demonstrate adaptation to changing customer needs as well as introducing innovations, efficiencies and new capabilities to improve mission performance
    • Establish productive relationships with counterparts in other segments of the business, vendors, industry partners and staff.
    • Demonstrated history of mentorship of new program managers and establishing a positive mission focused culture amongst leaders and employees
    • Proven experience with diverse teams, strong coaching and mentoring skills and ability to achieve results through others.
    • Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
    • Experience with or knowledge of programmatic challenges and needs for systems integration in the following areas: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, IT, Desk top support, Cyber Security and Software Development.
    • Knowledge of key Government customer buying behaviors
    • Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behaviors in the market
    • Demonstrated history BOE Development and proposal support and development

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range:
    $ $278800

    Please note:
    This range is based on our market pay structures.

    However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

    business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
