Job summary
We are currently hiring for a Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinical Team Assistant at MaineHealth. The role is assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment.The Medical Assistant role functions under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.
- Graduated from an accredited vocational institution or community college in Medical Assisting with 160 hours of clinical experience completed;
- Current BLS certification required;
- A NH Med Tech License, or NH EMT and National Registry EMT license is required for those positions located in New Hampshire.
