    Job description

    We are looking for competent Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides to work with our clients in the New York's Capital Region: Albany, Clifton Park, Latham, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Slingerlands, and Troy. Shifts may include: Weekends, Days, Nights, and Overnights based on client needs.. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months experience as HHA/PCA in a home care setting. If you're a compassionate, positive person who isn't afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect our HHAs/ PCAs to be polite and good communicators.

    Requirements of the HHA/PCA

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • HHA or PCA Certification
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Have Compassion, Reliability, Trustworthiness, and Honesty
    • Covid Vaccination

    Responsibilities of HHA/PCA

    • Provide Personal Care Activities: personal hygiene, showering, dressing, meal preparation, ambulation (ADLs) support for patients.
    • Prepares supportive conversation and activities for elderly patients based upon a nursing care plan.
    • Provide companionship for clients including accompanying them on walks, social trips, assistance with hobbies and errands.
    • Be a valuable member of the care team to support the client in their home.
