    Description

    Job Title: Chemical Lab Technician

    Duration: 12+ Months

    Location: Chanhassen, MN

    Job Description:

    • Conducts R&D laboratory work following safety procedures and using proper PPE and equipment.
    • Assists in maintaining project timelines.
    • Supports projects assigned by Engineers and/or Supervisor.
    • Utilizes problem-solving skills to overcome project obstacles and meet deadlines.
    • Collects and organizes data, and communicates observations clearly.
    • Trains other Technicians on equipment operation and test procedures.
    • Performs routine tests and operates application equipment safely.
    • Identifies abnormalities in data and project work.
    • Takes responsibility for equipment operation and maintenance.
    • Submits departmental presentations and reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
    • Ability to analyze chemical, physical, and mechanical data.
    • Experience collaborating in product development programs.
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
    • Proficiency in Power Point, Word, Excel, and Statistical Analysis Software.
