Lead product initiatives for ORCA from inception through completion ensuring timely cost-effective delivery within defined scope and budget develop and manage product roadmaps clearly aligning product features with user needs market trends strategic objectives facilitate regular multi-agency meetings workshops stakeholder engagements across seven Puget Sound transit agencies drive the product business planning processes for cross-functional intra-agency teams coordinate agile methodologies including backlog prioritization sprint planning sprint reviews retrospectives using Optimal Product Process as framework manage vendor consultant relationships oversee main fare collection system integrator conduct market analyses user research competitor evaluations to inform continuous improvement of product offerings provide comprehensive documentation training ongoing support stakeholders operational teams manages ORCA related projects from scope development project closeout handover operations develop execute detailed project plans shared stakeholders vendors other ROOT staff members defining clear milestones deliverables identify assess mitigate project risks issues proactively communicating potential impacts developing solutions ensures all projects delivered on-time within scope budget while maintaining quality evaluate optimize operational processes improve efficiency effectiveness fare collection systems prepare deliver presentations status updates reports leadership stakeholders partner agencies ensure compliance relevant regulations industry standards project activities collaborate technical teams translate business requirements technical specifications effectively actively identify market trends assess peer products integrate user feedback continuously improve product offerings play pivotal role aligning strategies translate complex information actionable strategies.
