Job summary
The Hearing Care Coordinator (HCC) works closely with the clinical staff to ensure patients are provided with quality care and service.The HCC will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits and details, and assist with support needs within the clinic.

Place outbound calls to current and former patients for the purpose of scheduling follow-up hearing tests and consultations
