Summary

The Evisceration Manager will be responsible for all Day Shift operations for 1st Processing... Back Dock, Picking Room, and Evisceration

Key Activities

• Solid Leadership Skills and Experience in running a department or Plant. Preferably 1st Processing.
• Strong people skills.
• Be able to communicate well.
• Be able to work with USDA.
• A Hands-on Manager who spends 99% of their time on the floor working and leading the team.
• This position works with our Maintenance Team, Food Safety Team as well as USDA personnel

Preferred Skills

• HIMP and/or NPIS experience is preferred

Educations & Experience

• 5 years of 1st Processing/Evis hands-on experience and knowledge
• HACCP certified.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
