Models customer service standards by following the One Best Way OBWservice model managing customer service initiatives for example store of the community community outreach programs ensuring customer needs complaints issues are successfully resolved developing action plans to correct deficiencies
Drives financial performance sales of designated store area reviewing evaluating PL Profit Loss statements managing budgeting forecasting controlling expenses in designated business area confirming they are indexed to sales monitoring effective merchandise presentation seasonal transitions inventory flow operational processes developing action plans to mitigate shrink ensure sales profit goals are achieved for business area
