Position OverviewFGS Globalis seeking an eager professional to join our Media Planning & Placement team. This position offers the opportunity to experience all parts of managing and executing advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate is expected to help manage day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns for our clients and lead in the development of media plans, campaign performance reports and other client-ready deliverables.
This position is based in our Washington, D.C. office.ResponsibilitiesWork with clients and internal account teams to devise advertising campaign strategy and campaign plansInteract with external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of plans, creative and performance dataCoordinate with FGS Global Creative and Analytics teams on campaign production and set-upComplete ad server set up, including trafficking, pixel creation, QA/testing and other setup functions as neededDay-to-day management of social media buys, including making regular optimizations based on performanceWork with FGS Global finance staff to track and record invoices and vendor billsPerform research and writing tasks and provide administrative support as needed
AttributesA BA/BS degree in a related field, plus 5-8 years of relevant work experienceExperience working in one or more self-serve ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google search, etc.) and experience working with an ad server (Campaign Manager 360 preferred)Strong interest in all aspects of digital media and advertisingDetail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to combine strategic thinking with creative problem-solvingAbility to prioritize, multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressureStrong communication, project management and time management skillsComfort working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
