P$25 - $35 hourlyThis role includes managing inventory production goals daily weekly monthly basis supervising assigned team members provide coaching performance management feedback desired skills create positive communication team cohesion adherence values proactively communicate information to team members clear understanding expectations performance measures goals prevent resolve conflict among team members monitor ensure adherence systems policies procedures performance standards review approve identified mechanical physical defects incoming inventory train associate Quality Control standards identify complete repairs effectively efficiently minimize re-checks delays production conscientiously work hazardous conditions manage multiple associates employee development performance management.
