The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and possess certifications such as Autism training/certification.Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support and supervision as defined in the client's Implementation Strategies or Individual Plan and Behavior Support Strategies
