Job summary
The Faculty Recruiter is responsible for screening applications, conducting interviews, creating offer letters, and ensuring hiring qualifications are compliant with accrediting standards. This role involves collaboration with campus leadership and other departments to ensure successful recruitment.This position requires a strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools such as Paylocity.
The Faculty Recruiter must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
