    Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk
    Location: Denver, CO, 48081
    Duration: 06 Months Contract
    Hours: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

    Job Description:
    • Candidate will conduct physical inventory counts of all finished goods, packaging, and ingredients.
    • Research, reports discrepancies and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
    • Candidate must be flexible to work 2 Saturdays a month and an occasional Sunday to comply with Month End Federal Order Inventory.
    • Will need to work shifts starting at 4:00 am once or twice a week after training has been completed.
    • Must be willing to work overtime.
    • This role will require the candidate to be onsite 5 days a week.
    Role Responsibilities:
    • Compares and reconciles physical inventory counts to those maintained in the inventory system every period.
    • Reconciles physical and financial inventories in Client's System M3.
    • Completes necessary system maintenance to ensure accurate inventory accountability.
    • Finalized all required cycle count documentation with appropriate signatures.
    • Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies and reports them to appropriate managers.
    • Recap cycle count loss or gains weekly to Plant Manager / Production Manager / Plant Office Supervisor.
    • Reviews and monitors daily reports including negative report, production report, cycle count history, measures.
    • Reviewing all sales order completed.
    • Ensure inventory process is complete for each monthly cycle count.
    • Run completed cycle count period end reports.
    • Assist Front Office Supervisor and Office Coordinator with other tasks.
    • Assist with greeting visitors that come to the front office and ensure GMP policies are enforced prior to entering the plant.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Role Requirements:
    • 2 years of experience with cycle counting/inventory (prefer candidates with experience with counting fluids and finished goods).
    • Education: High School Diploma GED Equivalent.
    • Candidate must be proficient with MS Office & Teams.
    • Candidate must have intermediate excel experience.
    • Experience with Power BI is a nice to have.
    • Must have 10 key calculator skills.
    • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in counting with multiple layers and varying cases per layer.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow through.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities, math, and analytical skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, well organized, flexible, strong attendance record and able to handle multiple assignments with minimal direct supervision.
    • Exceptional customer service.
    • Strong verbal and written skills.
    • Excellent phone and email etiquette.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk to various locations in the warehouse facility, move rapidly, bend, stoop, and twist and turn frequently.
    • Manual dexterity and good hand eye coordination are necessary.
    • Candidate will have extended periods of time in cold box doing inventory.
    • Candidate will also be in close proximity to dairy products.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
